About the Role
- Always focus on customers and show true appreciation for the guest experience.
- Provide excellent patient and customer service. Build meaningful and loyal client relationships.
- Build and maintain a client base through regular follow-up. Make phone calls and send thank-you notes. Schedule appointments to review new products, treatments, and programs. Invite clients to events.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador. Explain the features and benefits of treatments, programs, and products. Meet customer needs and generate sales.
- Understand patient and customer needs. Guide them through suitable treatments.
- Create and distribute health education materials to clients when needed, in line with Clinique La Prairie guidelines.
- Coordinate the client journey with experts and therapists from other wellness services. Provide a complete experience and maintain high professional standards.
- Answer all incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly way.
- Reply to all email queries in a professional way within 24 hours.
- Show an energetic and positive attitude.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
- Attend all wellness training sessions and meetings on a regular basis.
- Assist with establishing and maintaining high standards for professional image and service.
- Work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Communicate well with customers, peers, and management. Build strong partnerships with other outlets and operational departments within Longevity Hub by Clinique La Prairie.
- Help the wellness center meet and exceed weekly, quarterly, and annual objectives and goals. Also, meet and exceed personal sales goals.
- Promote the organization and its products. Represent the company in public relations activities and attend or participate in international events and fairs.
About You
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
- International experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
