Key Responsibilities

Cleaning & Maintenance: Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to high standards of hygiene and presentation.

Room Preparation: Make sure rooms are properly prepared with fresh linens, amenities, and guest supplies.

Inspection & Reporting: Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost items to supervisors promptly.

Guest Assistance: Respond politely to guest requests about room cleanliness or additional amenities.

Compliance & Safety: Follow all hygiene, safety, and hotel policies when cleaning and handling equipment or chemicals.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in hotels or resorts.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
