Role Purpose
The Chief of Staff will work closely with General Management to ensure the execution of the company strategy. The role will also support decision-making, oversee key initiatives, and connect different functional areas, including Operations, Human Resources, Finance, Commercial, and support teams. The goal is to help the company achieve its organizational targets faster.
Main Responsibilities
- Strategic Alignment: Act as a strategic link and facilitator between General Management, executives, and operational leaders.
- Critical Project Management: Lead, monitor, and follow up on priority initiatives and cross-functional projects for the business in Mexico.
- Executive Effectiveness: Design the management team’s strategic agenda, prepare key information for decision-making, and coordinate executive meetings.
- Analysis and Reporting: Prepare dashboards, executive presentations, and key performance indicator (KPI) reports for national and regional senior management.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain clear and open communication between functional areas, solve operational issues, and speed up decision-making.
Required Profile
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or Master’s degree is considered a plus.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in business consulting, strategic PMO, business development, or executive support roles. Previous experience or interest in aviation, logistics, or corporate services is a plus.
- Languages: Fluent Spanish and English (negotiation level / C1-C2), required for communication with the global corporate team.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of project management methods, basic financial analysis, and preparation of high-impact presentations.
