Northern Star Resources is seeking an experienced Mining Supervisor to join our Bronzewing Operations on a permanent full-time basis. Reporting to the Mine Superintendent, this FIFO opportunity from Perth operates on a 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off (Tuesday to Tuesday) roster. The role is responsible for leading mining crews to safely and efficiently deliver production outcomes in line with the mine plan.

- Lead and coordinate daily surface mining operations to safely achieve production targets.
- Optimise people, equipment, and resources to maximise productivity and operational efficiency.
- Monitor crew performance and safety compliance. Provide clear direction throughout shifts.
- Foster a strong safety culture by proactively identifying and managing workplace hazards.
- Collaborate with operators and HSE teams to maintain safe and efficient mining activities.
- Maintain accurate production, incident, and personnel records to support reporting and continuous improvement.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members through training, feedback, and performance management.
To Thrive in This Role, You Will Need
Experience
Demonstrated experience leading open pit mining teams, with strong operational knowledge in hard-rock mining environments and a commitment to safe, efficient production outcomes.
Qualification
Hold a Section 26 Statutory Certificate, strong knowledge of WA mining legislation, and a current WA C Class Driver’s Licence. First Aid certification is highly regarded.
