Programmed is currently recruiting general labourers to assist our client in Tamworth. Our client is a leader in asphalt paving, pavement construction, and maintenance. The company provides asphalt products and materials for road surfacing and maintenance.
About Your New Role
- Monday to Friday, day work, with potential weekend work.
- Work is based around Tamworth. Some projects may require travel and overnight stays. Overnight travel allowances will apply.
- Perform labouring duties.
- Work outdoors in different weather conditions.
- Promote a positive public image and interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner.
What We Are Looking For
- Hold a current driver’s licence. An HR licence or higher is highly advantageous.
- Have your own reliable transport to get to and from work.
- Hold a White Card.
- Be available to work Monday to Friday and potentially weekends.
- Be willing to travel for work and stay away overnight when required.
- Be a team player who can also work well independently.
- Show a strong commitment to safety and the environment, along with a strong focus on customers.
- Be able to pass a pre-employment medical, functional capacity evaluation, and drug and alcohol screening.
- Be able to provide current and relevant work referees.
