Office Manager Job Details

The Office Manager plays an important role in creating a welcoming, organized, and effective workplace. The position works closely with the Country Manager and teams such as Workplace Operations, Gathering, Security, IT, Employee Experience, and other cross-functional groups.

The role reports to the Country Manager and also has dotted-line accountability to the Regional Workplace Operations and Gathering Teams.

Key Responsibilities

The selected Office Manager will help maintain smooth daily office operations and provide a high-quality experience for employees, leaders, guests, and visitors.

Key duties include:

  • Keeping the office welcoming, organized, and operationally ready.
  • Supporting workplace experience programs and services.
  • Monitoring office requirements and resolving or escalating issues.
  • Maintaining hospitality standards in meeting rooms and shared spaces.
  • Coordinating workplace operations, hospitality services, food programs, and office amenities.
  • Working with vendors and service providers to ensure reliable services.
  • Tracking office requests, operational issues, and follow-up actions.
  • Maintaining office documentation, communications, and operational processes.
  • Supporting office standards, playbooks, and utilization reporting.
  • Providing calendar, meeting, and room scheduling support to the Country Manager.
  • Coordinating logistics for leadership visits, executive meetings, and business gatherings.
  • Supporting local gatherings and employee engagement activities.
  • Preparing meeting spaces, hospitality services, vendors, and attendee experiences.
  • Building positive relationships with employees, leaders, Executive Assistants, vendors, and other partners.

The position does not include travel booking or expense management. Administrative support for the Country Manager is limited to diary and calendar support.

Office Manager Job Requirements

Applicants should have 5+ years of experience in office management, workplace experience, hospitality, events, administration, employee experience, or a related field.

The main requirements include:
